In an effort to be more Eco friendly Sweet Paws Bakery is composting all kitchen waste from making our yummy treats. This means all egg shells, banana peels, strawberry tops, and other left overs from making our delicious treats are being placed in a compost bin. Eventually these kitchen scraps will turn into rich soil that will be used in my vegetable garden.
By composting and recycling, you can reduce the amount of garbage you generate by up to 80%. Composting is fun because at the end you receive this rich soil making your garden look beautiful and less tax dollars are spent on collection and landfills.
